When you open Beanstats, you’ll be greeted with a personalized home screen that shows:

  • Coffee inventory summary showing total grams of coffee remaining

Only Bean name and weight are required.

Info

If you tap and hold the Add Bean button you can add a bean by providing either a URL to a product page or by taking a picture of the coffee bag.

On devices with Apple Intelligence enabled the data is enriched and evaluated, giving you even more automatically detected fields.

2. Log Your First Brew

From the Homescreen tap Log Brew, or go to the Brews section and tap + to log a brew. Choose between:

You can track dose, water weight, grind size, temperature, brew time and more. The app includes a built-in timer with bloom time tracking for pour-over methods.
